can someone please phrase how we say the following points in alcoholic counseling...(this is from UW) anything else we have to include?
1.review quantity and frequency of current drinking
2.explain risks associatied with alcoholismexplain the
3.patient's responsibility to reduce or stop drinking
4.set up a drinking diary
5.self motivate the patient. inform him about available resources/support groups which could help him.
6.set up a follow up appointment
