You can apply for two specialties, it wont hurt the application

How about FM, IM and Psychiatry.
To apply for psychiatry, I have to add my Psychiatry externships in my IM based experienced application/CV.

is it okay to apply to IM programs same hospital as FM? I'm applying to FM and IM

not risky to apply to 2 specialties in same hospital, they will never know one of their applicants applied to another specialty in their hospital
