why not duodenal atresia???
pyloric stenosis infants dont passs stool till 48 hours it is normal--isnt it

yes it is duodenal atrsia--but it can not be pyloric stenosis --too early for that
it could be volvulus due to malrotation --may be it is little earlier for that xray will have double bubble sign-vomitus will be bile stained the fact that ng tube has passed to stomach ndicate that it is not esophegeal atresia what is the management?

duodenal atresia and annular pancreas
will give the same complaints management is surgical when u giving the test djyoti |
