This is probably how I'd arrange those programs. Hope it helps!

Maimonides medical center, NY
Atlantic health (Overlook), NJ
Saint peters university hospital, NJ
Kendall medical center, Florida
Michigan state university
University of buffalo-sisters of charity, NY
SUNY Downstate, NY
Howard University, D.C
St. Vincent charity hospital, cleveland
Mercy catholic medical center, Pennsylvania
UPMC pinnacle, Pennylvania
McLaren Flint medical center, Michigan
St. Agnes medical center, Maryland (Program doesn't exactly have the greatest reputation, heavy workload, Downtown Baltimore patient population)
University of north dakota, North dakota
Bassett Medical center, NY (Cooperstown is a very very tiny place. Fargo is a considerably large city compared to Cooperstown)

@anithedoc

switch Flint and UND in the list as well. I meant to do that but forgot. So flint should be second last and UND fourth last.

Some rearranging needs to be done on your list in my opinion. According to the programs you have, UIC Urbana should not be that high up. Presence St Francis would be a better option, its in a good area (Evanston, literally next to Chicago) with decent fellowship match rates. UIC just has a university name the program itself doesn't have a great reputation. Also, its in a small town far away from Chicago.

St Agnes was also too high up on your list considering the other programs you have calls from. Nassau, UIC, Advocate Masonic and MacNeal (Macneal is debateable though but I personally would rather live in Chicago than Baltimore any day, both are IMG friendly community programs with acceptable fellowship match rates, I would choose the better city here) should go above it.

Hope this helps!

Your list looks good! You can move Nevada up a bit if you want, maybe above Denver but otherwise looks good!

@memothaljinho

Is 9 on your list Wright University or Wright Center Scranton, PA? If its Wright Center I'd move UAB Montgomery and Texas Tech Odessa above it. Wright Center's board pass rate is 80 percent; For a pretty big program thats kind of low. If it was a smaller program with a lower rate its understandable because if one person fails the board it brings the percentage down quite a bit but with 24 residents 80 percent means almost 5 people in a class failed their boards. You can check board pass rates on acgmes website.
