Hello everyone, I cant decide ranking between these programs. What do you'll think?

No geographical preference, hope to do a fellowship but haven't decided in which field.

That's how I'd rearrange it. I think Mount Sinai in Queens is a pretty decent program. You'll get a lot of exposure and get to live in NYC (Is there a reason you kept Rochester and Yale Waterbury above Mount Sinai Queens? Those are both smaller towns). Fellowship placement is decent for mount Sinai queens.

JFK Palm Beach and Fairview Hospital should be in your #2 and #3 positions, and be ranked above St. Elizabeth's.

The Cleveland Clinic and UMiami are really strong academic programs, and affiliations to them go a long way both in terms of resources and reputation.
