i recieved an email saying that i am being investigated for an irregular behavior.....I dont now what to do

I think you just have to wait. They will do a thorough investigation and you can just explain yourself if anything.

they have terminated all my applications for the exam...and my access is suspended during the investigation....they asked me to submit any explanation before the deadline

You should call them or write an email to figure out what went wrong. Look at the usmle.org website and see if they have any info about it. Also try to contact someone about it and get help.
