Graduation date and degree date after matching - karuni

Guys, did anyone here matched with the degree date? So, I used my MBBS degree date in my eras application! and matched ! But now the Program is asking for only graduation date, and I have a completely different graduation date, which is not similar to the degree date.
What should I do? I also mentioned my degree date next to the MBBS.
I am thinking that the Program I matched has no idea about seperate degree date.
Do I have any chance of being in danger? I haven't received any feedback from the Program yet though!

Can you use your date of convocation (which you used for ERAS application)? I'm assuming this is for your license application. If you can provide your university graduation certificate with that date, will it work?
