Which is the most convenient place to stay in Houston, which is affordable as well as very close to the CS center?

Hyatt Regency Houston Intercontinental Airport, 425 North Sam Houston Pkwy E is the closest one. Perfect place
Park Inn by Radisson, Houston North, TX, 500 N. Sam Houston Pkwy East, is a less expensive option
