I took this course in Jan 2018 and I trained there with a very smart PA. I passed in my first attempt in Feb. I did meet there 2 other IMGs that took lectures with me and they also passed in their next attempt. I think the post fRom abdul777 can be from a competitor.

what are the recent changes?
are they in the first aid?
some of my friends used csevideo in the last few months and said it was very close to the real exam
can you elaborate on your cs exam experience without giving away any prohibited information

I did it in Houston. The first aid is enough, I think I had 2 good diagnosis for every case and 3 for some of them.
The most important thing is your interaction with the patient, being attentive with any thing different you see and talking about. Also counseling about drugs, alcohol, exercise, smoking: doing immediately after the patient answer, you assure that you don’t forget (if you let it for the closure, you may forget or don’t have time. This is something they trained me in Chicago.
