Alloimmunization - kennychan
#1
For a Rh (D)-negative mother, do we give her anti-D immune globulin in 28th week and 72 hours after delivery if this is her first pregnancy? For second pregnancy, should be the anti-D immune globulin given even the first born was RH negative? Or how about in case of trauma, bleeding, or procedure for RH negative mother?

Thank You.

There are the scenarios:
1) if the mother is on first pregnancy without any complications such as bleeding, placentae abruption ect.
2) if the mother is on the first pregnancy with complications such as bleeding, placental abruption
3) if the mother give first birth with RH-negative baboy
4) if the mother give first birth with RH-positive baby.
In which scenario we give anti-D Ig?
