#1
appreciate your effort on reading this post..

I am an ECFMG certified with no step 3. I have my MS degree from home country.

I would like to apply for fellowships jn surgery. Which are the less competitive programs and easy to get into?

Any guidance plz.

You need to contact the programs directly some of them will accept your application if your general surgery residency followed by surgical specialty training in your country has the same length (some accept all together) of the 5 years general surgery here. That is true if the program is ACGME accredited, but if not they might have other requirements. Either way you need to have completed surgical training before, you will enter as PGY-6 or PGY-7 and they expect you to function as a fellow more than a resident.
