jeenu, is it the first time for you to apply?, if yes, it will cost 99$, the firts 10 programs cost a sum of 99%, then after the 10th program, every program will cost 18 i belive, then after coupla programs ( am not sure) it will cost 26$ for each extra program and so on

I seriously doubt this is a new program!! This is my reply today to an email I sent!

I was in their email list from October and got the same reply after applying.
Not sure what exactly is their criteria since nothing has been mentioned in ERAS when I applied.
The interview dates are 6,7 and 13,14 Feb. If they have no unfilled positions in SOAP then they definitely have done their groundwork and a good program to look out for.
