Hello guys, i posted coupla weeks ago about my rank order, and i found great help from this group
, i have a friend of mine ( not in this group) who needs help ranking these programs:

Note: ( all J1 visa programs, plans after residency is fellowship hopefully, have family friends in Buffalo but he wanna give preference to program reputation )

-Uni Florida Gainesville,
-Uni Toledo,
-Uni Missouri Kansas City,
-Uni Buffalo,
-Rochester General,
-Cleveland Clinic Fairview,
-DMC Wayne State Uni

Based on what I’ve heard Cleveland clinic is pretty good, I’m not sure about the rest though.

This is actually Cleveland Clinic Fairview (not the main campus).

My aim is to go into a fellowship and since my step 3 isn't complete yet, I am only eligible for J1

Yea no prob,
I’m sorry I don’t know much about J1 visas programs.
But I am pretty sure some of the surgery programs like gi surgery, are ranked nationally at fairfield.

Cleveland clinic fairview program is different from Cleveland clinic main campus.

Nassau I would do very last. I did my IM clerkship 3rd Yr there and it's not that great. I didn't even bother doing a Sub-I there.
