I’d say Family medicine is your best shot, difficult to say exactly what your chances are with the failed attempt.

Which specialty you want to apply for Match?

You may still have chances try to get high scores in CK exam and get multiple hands-on rotations, better to have connections it can help the application. Attempt will be a red flag for the application but getting hands-on clinical experience will be helpful for the application.
