Dear all,
I am old graduated in 2013, had been working as general practitioner till 2019, prepared for PG entrance in the past and medium medical student.
I am soon immigrating to USA.
I have to start for USMLE step 1 preparation with different kind of job there
I need help in three following points-
(1) What kind of job will help me in USA as foreigner doctor without USMLE with which I can study for USMLE. I have never worked expect doctor but now work is my priorty.
(2) Where should I find latest Kaplan's notes, FA books, UW,Goljan's paths everything and how to get NBME?
(3) What are the official websites of USMLE exams formats, requirements and any latest changes in there exams.
If you find anything helpful for me,Plz write.

2. Latest kaplan notes - Either you can download from any torrent website/just google it u can see various website those have free pdf ( I have Kaplan 2020 pdfs)
FA- I would suggest prefer buying a hardcopy from Rx website or Amazon -latest edition- 2021 also purchase Rx 360+/ Q-max subscription - would be helpful for some video lectures and questions
Ultimate source for Questions - UWORLD Q-banks - Please prefer purchasing it(its a bit expensive but totally worth it)- u need to track your progress.
Goljian PDF available online or I can send you - 5th edition - Prefer Goljian Audio lectures also.
You can get NBME self assements on NBME official website - create your account and u will see options to purchase it. (Wait till March 2021 to purchase as they are going to upload new forms 25 to 30 which are based on updated USMLE pattern). Suggestion - Use NBME forms after you completed some part of your study to analyze where you need to focus more - so purchase only when u plan to give self assements.

Suggestions:
1. Don't use lot of resources at a time - fix the most top rated materials and complete it thoroughly. (UsmleRx and UWORLD)
2. Prefer Purchasing USMLE RX right now there are offers going on right now around 45% off - U can set your start date for your subscription within 6 months of purchase.
3. Do questions from UWORLD simultaneously as you go through FA systemically - don't wait for end.
4. Doing UWORLD twice would be more helpful - u get a reset option once in your subscription
5. U get minimum 2 self assessments in your USMLErx and Uworld Subscription respectively - use those carefully and wisely.
6. Other than Rx videos - use Boards and Beyond videos (B&B) for revising - either subscriptions or torrent download Link:https://boardsbeyond.com/
7. Use PATHOMA videos for Pathology when you 1st time review topics. Download for free here:https://afratafreeh.com/pathomavideos/
8. Keep these video lectures in downloaded form - will be helpful
9. Annotate your FA with extra notes from pathoma/ B&B/Uworld whatever you feel.
