Hello everyone, hopefully someone can help me make sense of ecfmg certification changes.
I am a 2018 fmg who hasnt taken any of the steps and currently holds nothing of resume value (no US CE, Research or work experience after 2019)
From the ecfmg changes Ive read it seems pathway 3 or 1 will be my ticket to ecfmg certification; I have a pending diploma and no license yet (due to paperwork back-up/pandemic/bureaucracy,etc) I am working on it and hope this will get done within an 8 month period.
Q's : - Aplications for match 2022 will open in April. (but when will they close?)
- Will I have enough time to submit all necessary paperwork? (I only have ecfmg ID).
- How SOON after taking step 1 can I take step 2?
- Since i graduated in June 2018 when will be my cut off year from attempting to do all this?
