Good afternoon, colleagues! Had someone faced with such a problem?
I have graduated from the Lugansk medical university which is not in the WDOMS. But after this I certificated my diploma in the Rostov university which is in the WDOMS and got a new one (with a mark which states that I have graduated from another university). Am I eligible for the USMLE?
