study materials advice needed

I would like some help on the books , material , study method .i have kaplan for most but am gonna do BRS for pathology, MRS for microbiology, high yeild for neuroanatomy, have no idea where to do immunology from . goljan i've tried but just too concise & i wonder if i should just do goljan audio with first aid ? I'm planning to take exam by may 2025 inshaAllah with just 6 hours of study most days as i have 4 small kids . i'd appreciate if somebody can help me here .
