i know i didn' t perform well at step one with a score of 78 as an IMG.what are my optoins and how feasible is it to get a residency programme

yet to do it . i was rather worried and doubtful over getting a programme so i want to know whether it's worth it continuing.

Don't worry about the Step 1 score. Focus on your Step2 well. One bad score does not make it disastrous. You need to focus on your entire application. Try to get upper 80s or >90 in Step2. That should make up for your low Step1 score. It's absolutely worth continuing. I know many IMGs with scores in 70s who got into residency. So, why can't you?
