its type 2 not 4

ACUTE graft rejection is TYPE 2 hypersensitivity disease (carried on by IgG & IgM, as indirect reaction to the graft)--as opposed to the DELAYED -TYPE 4 hypersensitivity disease, which is carried by T-cells -- this is very tricky issue, be careful when reading the description of the question stem “ Always trust Goljan

and what about caudaequina level,
in nbme -1 same question and answer in that is L1-L2.
but it is a level of spinal cord end caudaequina is still below to it
