44 yr women with 2cm firm palpable mass.core Bx show infiltrating ductal Ca,cRx neurologic spine x ray=normal.shhe understand eventual systemic therapy may be needed.she is very concern about best chance of cure and very concern about cosmetic deformity.which is the most appropiate Mx?
