A
The lYmphatic drainage of the cervix is alon g the uterin arteries and cardinal ligaments to the parametrial, external iliac, internal iliacc , obturator, and presacral lymph nodes.
from these pelvic lymph nodes, drainage then proceeds to the paraaortic lymph nodes.
