68 yo asian lady in ER becuase of 24hr SOB, hx of depression and hypothyrodidism with meds fluoxetine & L thyroxine. smk pack a day.cxr left upper lobe bronchofibrotic changes and mild kyphosis. Admitted and on O2, IV ceftriaxone/Azithromycin, Albuterol/ipratropium nebulizers, and IV methypprednisonlone. What are the diagnosis(s)?

bcz she is asian can be tb with potts fcatures,can be pancost,can be interstitila lung dis.,bronchiactasis,.,,pneumoconiosis...!.i do not know whts that from only these info.

cxr shows only left upper lobe bronchi fibrotic changes -----------no hyperinflation of lung.
please explain why its copd? only because of give treatment?
