hi
can anybody please tell me from where i should read genetics?
i asked to many guys who have taken step-1,, everybody are telling that just forget about genetics questions. they are very hard ,, nobody can ans it
so please tell me some good study materail for genetics or any good web site?
i would really appriciate yr reply

yeah.first 7 chapters n last few chapters (last chapters r called Medical Genetics) but it doesnt cover the entire genetcs.u got to study first seven chapters....if u want to know genetics real good.i don c no reason ....u shud be able to answer Q on usmle if u do it real good.
i wud even suggest to study the entire biochem from kaplan including kaplan med Gentics.watever book u go for....just stick to it n keep reading it untill u become able to answer Questions.Keep doin Questions.sometimes Q r weird ....person like me cant answrr no matter i wud know the subject.practice as many Questions as u can.
