i AM CONFUSED, i APPLY FOR THE STEP 1 ON LINE, at the end it says: you have to send the 186 form (certification of identification, or something like that...), is the one that has 7 pages, and in the right lower corner says: application form 104S-w, if is not that, How Can I find it? . Do I have to send the total 7 pages with all my information handwritten again, or it is enugh with the last page, the one that should have my picture and dean signature?

do not forget that in the last page which is form 186 , there are 2 options there. If you do not have the chance to have the dean sign, then you can click on the notary one and have it notarized. when is your exam/ GL
