shdnt it be the brain..
the heart and sk muscle are working more.. require more blood
the rest of the tissues would recieve less

on exercise, constriction of the vessels to splanchnics and skin is most...this allows for greater blood flow to skeletal muscles, heart which need it most and increase bloodflow greatest in sk muscle....the least change of blood flow occurs in brain which has cerebral circulation that has strictest control in blow flow.

I think A cerebrum, dont you get vasocontriction peripherally kidneys included to increase cardiac out put and blood to organs that need it most?
