severe acute pain with normal lmp --- torsion of ovarian cyst --should be first diagoses second is functional cyst


dark urine -- is jaundice or hematuria /

here -- hepatitis


60 year old male -- with weight loss -- think of cancer first then only chronic pancreatitis
