--45 yo m presents with sudden onset of coliky right flank pain that radiates to the testicles accompanied by nausea vomiting hematuria and cva tenderness
--60 yo M presents with epigastric pain that radiates to the the back together with weight loss dark urine and clay colored stool. he is a heavy drinker and smoker
--56 yo m presents with severe midepigastric abdominal pain that radiates to the back and improves when he leans forward. he also repor nauseavomiting and anorexia. he is an alcoholic and has spend past 3 days binge eating
42 yo obese female presents with right upper quadrant pain that radiates to right scapula and is associated with nausea vomiting fever of 1001 f. the pain started after she had a fatty food. she has had a similar but lesss intense episode that lasted a few hours. exam reeveals positive murphy's sign.
--43 yo obese F presents with right upper quadrant RUQ pain fever jaundice . the fever is with chills and rigor. S he was diagnosesd with asymptomatic gall stone one year ago.
--24 yo M presents with right upper quadrant pain fever anorexia nausea and vomiting. He has dark urine and clay colored stool
-35 yo M presents with burning epigastric pain that starts 2-3 hours after meal. the pain is relieved by food and antacids.
35 yo M presents with severe epigastric pain , nausea vomiting ,mild fever . He appears toxic. He has a history of intermittent epigastric pain that is relieved food and antaacid. He also smokes heavily and takes aspirin as a regular basis.
-18 yo m boxer presents with severe LUQ abdominal pain that radiates to the left of the scapula. H e had infectious mononucleiosis three weeks ago.
--40 y/o M presents with crampy adominal pain , vomiting,abdominal distension and inability to pass flatus or stool. He has a history of abdominal surgeries.
--70 yo F peents with acute onset of severe crampy abdominal pain. she recently vomited and had a massive dark bowel movement. She has a history ofCHF and atrial fibrillation . for which she is recently taking digitalis. her pain is out of proportion to the exam.
--22 yo F presents with acute onset of severe RLQ pain. nausea. and vomiting. She has no fever urinary symptoms or vaginal bleeding and has never taken ocp. her last menstrul period was regular and she has no history of STDs.
--20 yo M preents with severe RLQ pain nausea and vomiting. his discomfort started as a vague pain around the umblicus. as the pain worsened it becomes sharp and migrated to to the RLQ. McBurney;s and psosas sign are positive
--68 M presents with lower LLQ abdominal pain, fever and the chills for the past three days. HE also reports the recent onset of alternating diaarrea with constipation. He consumes a low fiber high fat diet.
--30 yo F c/o periumbilical pain for 6 month. T he pain never awakens her from sleep. it is relieved by defecation and worsens when she is upsets. she has alternating constipation and diarrhea but no nausea vomiting , weight loss or anorexia
--24 yo F presents with bilateral lower abdominal pain that started with the first day of her menstrual period. T he pain is associated with fever and thick greenish yellow vaginal discharge. S he has had unprotected sex with multiple sexual partners.
