Lisa - I have scores of 99 - Step 1 and 99 - Step2. I just got my STEP2 scores so with one score was not getting any interviews. Awaiting CSA results. I want to get into very good hospitals which have fellowship programs. I realize most of them have scheduled their interviews already. How to get them to give me an interview date. I have an EAD. The problem is most of these good hospitals rarely have an opening left for the post match.

Call them and ask if they are still reviewing applications. If they say "yes" apply, if they say "no" apply next year. If you prefer the scramble with not so good programs...it's your choice.
If I were you, I would wait for the next year, apply early to big programs and get something big with lots of money: surgery, radiology, you know what I mean. There are not many people with such great scores so aim high.
