i did observerships last year in one university hospital but did not match....i have good lors from that observership....now for 2007 match if i am asked this question at interviews at other hospitals that "why i did not get residency in the hospital i did observership in???" ...what should be the appropriate answer for that????????...and secondly .....would you rank that hospital higher than us?
