Sincere opinion
I have graduated in 1996.Completed orthopaedics residency.Currently in orthopaedics in UK for last 3 years.Good clinical backup and some scientific work.Any chances of orthopaedics in US.What scores. Is it worth attempting for it.
Shall i remain flexible on speciality.Difficult to decide.

i ready ur message in another section as well
my situation is pretty much the same
i graduated in 1996 as well did my obgyn residency straightaway as u know how diff it is to get in to surgical branches in us,i came to uk thru plab and all that jazz, and have been here for 3 years like u
but the only diff is that i have completed my exams
so my advise to u will be if u really want to get out of this goddamn place(which i think u do like i did) sit down and study hard, ortho is really very competitive not man fmgs in it but nothing is impossible particularly if u have done some research ets here.but concentrate on getting big scores
and think of a back up plan
good luck to u
