hi friends, I encountered a question which is very important for exam point of view from USMLEworld

Q: 33 years old feale with 6 month amenorrhea.......pregnancy test negative..what is the next investigation to do?

The answer given there is to do progesterone challange test...but i have seen in kaplan notes where it says that we should do TSH level estimation first and then prolactin level and after that only we should do progesterone challange test...
