Very concerned about this IV season. 218/229/CS all first attempt, extensive EMS and ER background before med school and a US citizen with 2 years of USCE and ONLY 3 IM IVs and 13 rejections out of 125 programs!!! Is this normal? Will there be another wave of IVs?

@gonegirl graduating 2014 and I have a couple and either got no response or rejections. Couple my friends messaged programs however they all got rejections afterwards, so I'm straying from that idea

@mdemt87 your credentials are really good and i believe follow up is the key! if you don't show ur interest in programs they will not review your application...they receive thousands of applications every year...yes definitely you will get rejections but at least your application will be reviewed...i m saying from my personal experience

@mdemt87 as soon as you can...i mean if you apply on 16th September, you can start contacting them from early/mid October...but better late then never
