i dont have a fax machine.. planning to go thru eras..
score of 208 , 86 233,99 and cs pass 1st attempt..
got certified only on 7th feb 2011..
1 mnth expe in family medi at houston..
my visa expired coz i was issued only for 6 mnths..
do u think i have any chance in scramble?

everyone got chance. your scores are good. I don't know about fax. if u r registered with nrmp then apply thru eras and then try to phone/email. I have printed documents and bought new fax machine but don't know where/how/what to fax. most probably I won't use fax unless programmes tell u to fax.
