do you guys ever call a program before you get any IV aor after you get an acknowledgement or something? If so what do you call for ? I haven't called any program yet thinking it might annoy them ! Are the chances of getting a consideration for IV higher if we make a acll and tell them that we are really interested in their program? Please advice guys, I don't have any IVs yet.

@anithamle, It's controversial. Some people agree with what you said, but there are some people advice that we shouldn't call and irritate them. I have no idea.
