We all wanted to hear from programs and we got our wish, onslaught of rejections

I suspect that onslaught of DO students applying are filling up the spots that were traditionally offered to FMGs and IMGs. That's the only thing I can think of. My peers who graduated in recent years already were receiving multiple interview offers around this time 2-3 years ago. Caribbean graduates that is.

Its insane how everyone is getting rejections today. My inbox is full of them!!! For all the 3 specialties that I applied to.

They say the rejections come before the invitations. But I got my invitation before any rejections so who knows.

@doctordontstop. I got my 2 interviews (one for FM and IM each) after a bunch of rejects, but since then, its been nothing but rejections
