I think better to keep your PS less than 600-700 words.

@ yamma : my guess is that a waiver job in pathology is quite hard to find as most waiver jobs available fall in primary care category. I have not done much research in this regard because I plan to go back home after fellowship regardless of the visa type I obtain.
