A 25-year-old woman has had painless vaginal postcoital bleeding for 2 hours. Her last menstrual period was 10 weeks ago. A pregnancy test is positive. There is a small amount of dark blood in the vaginal canal. She has a reddened, friable cervical os.

I'd say B. cervicitis. Painless first trimester bleeding, post coidal bleeding, I think it is B.

I would say infection is far more common than Gestational trophoblastic disease ? Yeast infection during pregnancy is not uncommon?

Post coidal bleeding---strongly suggest cervicitis. Plus, it is painless, so we can exclude most of the choices. Pick the most common one as our choice is safer.

I would go with B. Friable cervix is typical for cervicitis
Abortion normally with crampy and bleeding.
