I'd say B. cervicitis. Painless first trimester bleeding, post coidal bleeding, I think it is B.

I would say infection is far more common than Gestational trophoblastic disease ? Yeast infection during pregnancy is not uncommon?

F and I appear equally possible, but ususally painful.

Fadd's information and argument are very persuasive and I will go with B.

Post coidal bleeding---strongly suggest cervicitis. Plus, it is painless, so we can exclude most of the choices. Pick the most common one as our choice is safer.

I would go with B. Friable cervix is typical for cervicitis
Abortion normally with crampy and bleeding.
