what role does MSPE has btw? does it actually make any difference to their decision of rej. or inv.??

MSPE........ AMG means a lot, IMG means about 0, just a requirement and another screen because you don't have it then your file is incomplete.

but alot of AMGs already were getting IVs even without MSPE being released :S
