whats the point of applying when you haven't heard from any that you already applied. wouldn't it make sense to apply further if we had a tonne of rejections?

US-IMG : does this usually imply IMGs who dont need visa or IMGs who did two year rotations in the US?

@thedoublehelix that link doesnt seem to open for some reason for me , so going by those numbers only a little over 11% of fam med positions go to NON US-IMGs. doesnt seem too encouraging.
