I could not imagine repeating medical school and all the steps just to get a residency post... Where would you get all of that money from?! I think I would just accept defeat and continue to practice in my country. I just don't have that amount of cash (or time!) to spare!

@Blankcheck that is just what a lot of IMGs are doing, I know one who is graduating from a US DO school heavyi n debt, some others graduating PA school again heavy in debt. There is a held belief in the US that medical school anywhere else is inferior. Not all PDs believe this but many US AMGs believe this.

Hey guys hope you can help with my question.
If 2 people receive an IV invite from the same program on the same day. One is given an IV date for OCT and the other is given the IV date for JAN.
Is the program probably more interested in the person receiving earlier date for IV?
