Leave it man, its her job. I could have emailed the PD instead of replying to her but whats the use. What if she really gets scolded up or even fired. She' ll loose her job. Maybe she has a set of bigger problems in her life than us, and we dont really know what state of mind she might have written this.

I am actually feeling sorry for what i wrote back to her.

Hey gstar44, my 2 cents.

No doubt, its a badly written reply from the program and i think its ok for us to tell them that.

You can be courteous, but you certainly can not be nice to everyone. If some one does not do a good job, he/she will get fired regardless of what you/I do. Letting some one know of his mistake can only help them. It wont if they dont have the right attitude.
Imagine if he/she continued doing this without some one you telling them? Wont the harm be greater? Even to the program itself.

I believe you did the right thing.

me too got a stupid rej from them....God knows wat fm people want...their expectations are higher than even surgical branches.
