you can get temporary licecne but not permenant licence with multiple attempt

you have to look for state that donot have attempt criteria

Cant you FIRST apply for a permanent license in the state you completed your residency in...and THEN apply for a permanent license in the state you wish to work in.

I'm just wondering if its different once you have gotten a valid perm. license in one state.
