@motherteresafan, I just heard last year, when one of my seniors attended IV, PD was not there that day so no one got pre-match that day.
They just told interviewees that they couldn't offer pre-match without consultation with PD properly.
I m not sure if it's just a polite way though.
I m not sure if there's such a thing this year too.
Anyone who has experienced please correct me.
