you are right...PDs have the burden; they should be accounted for what message they are relying to us after the IVs...some PDs told me "lets keep in touch during the Match." it tells me that they want to "keep periodically exchanging the information about where we both-they and us stand."
I think we will have a better understanding about what the programs are thinking about us-hopefully we will have this.
There are some programs that dont communicate at all.. I feel that they are wasted IVs..
A Danish proverb: Fake it until you make it...I may not agree on that though..
