The person who went to home country must have not had 2yr HRRR so he was just like any other guy trying to get J1 clinical...This way you get whole 7 years. Whereas person with HRRR gets it done from here. It takes just 2 weeks. That's it. But his year with research is counted in 7 years...

Yeah, lmfao is correct but I need some company, don't wish to be doing it all alone....
