System wise with pathom?

my thread update -

i did pathoma hemostasis , along with the book ,
also did nbme 6-4th block and 10 questions in UW , going slow
need to pace- took me 4 hrs

1 hr break and continue --- slow n steady wins the race , dont loose hope

thats it for now , will come back later for evening update...... hopefully more production with caffeine boost :-)

@ usmle 245 not really with pathoma , yes & no ,
i did gen path in pathoma n started hematology....
now thinking to read general stuff from first aid and then biochem , micro etc etc before i start systems , will see how it goes
