yeap it is Biopsy , sorry if I did not mention that the pt is HIV :-D

Becz this ring enhancing with contrast never fall only in 2 things either the toxoplasmosis or the Lymphoma ..

Guys who answered A, you are right(CMDT). I think biopsy is done to know what really you're really dealing with.
