Medical school may be a participant of EMSWP ( allows to upload documents for ECFMG certificate upon ECFMG request), but not a participant of EMSWP-ERAS( which uploads MSPE and transcript for the residency application upon applicant request).

If your school participates in EMSWP, but not in EMSWP-ERAS, you can either ask them to make an account for EMSWP-ERAS and upload your transcript and MSPE( processing time 1-2 days) , or just ask them to send you all the documents and upload them by yourself ( processing time will be longer, 1-2 weeks)
