still i say it's E.
believe it or not, it is completely legal for a competent adult making decisions about her own body. After the child is born the legal reinforcement will be in charge if a parent put the child's life in danger. the father cannot do anything about consent. it's not his body.

i think an adult women can refuse a c section even if the childs life is in danger...(saw it on ER:-)was thre any option saying this?????kinda agree with pat99
